His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 1:1-9

This morning’s verses speak of the importance of guarding our hearts.

In our daily lives, we receive varying levels of offenses and attacks from the outside that try to invade our souls; our mind, heart, will, and emotions. We have a choice to focus on the Lord, following His instructions, despite the attacks from the enemy. We mustn't be deceived by the devil into thinking that we have lost focus just because of the aftermath of the attacks. The reason why there is a word aftermath is that there is such a thing.

Today, let us choose to continue to focus on following the Lord, guarding our hearts, and fighting the good fight of faith.
