His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 1:18-20

This morning’s verses speak of the choices. 

The Lord has given us free will to make choices, whether to follow Him or not. What areas have we chosen not to follow Him? We may not have consciously disobeyed Him, but we may usually do so unknowingly. 

But we have the Holy Spirit, Who teaches us all things. (See John 14:26) One of the fruits of the Holy Spirit is peace. We may be prompted to stop and pray about certain decisions we are to make. 

We can begin to know more about Him through the leading of the Holy Spirit.  Because we know all things (See 1 John 2:20), it may be a new revelation that we know needs to be applied to our hearts for greater freedom and rest, breakthroughs. 

Today, let us pay careful attention to what He is speaking to us to do. We may have overlooked some areas that could have led to our breakthroughs.
