His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 17:1-3

This morning’s verses talk about trusting in worldly resources.

Do we trust in worldly resources to accomplish His will? What is the motive of forming a team? Do we place our faith in the Lord first and foremost? We can learn from this morning’s Scriptures that He will eventually bring down the forces formed outside of our trust in Him. 

Today, let us choose to trust in Him. We may be able to bring people onto our team to fulfill the God-given destiny, but where is our trust at the core? Is it on people to accomplish His will or in the Lord?
