His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 19:5-10

This morning’s verses talk about trusting in the Lord, not in tangible resources.

Are we putting our trust in the Lord first and foremost? Working successfully with people is important, but are we being led by the Lord? We may face situations where we have no choice but to work with certain people, but what about when we have a choice of who to work with? Have we sought His wisdom in this area? At the end of the day, if the Lord is not leading us to work with people, we are being led to work with the Lord alone for the season, to grow in our trust in the Lord Who will never leave us. 

Today, let us assess our motives for working with people. We have the option to work only with the Lord.
