His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 7:20

This morning’s verse continues to speak of His judgment.

If we are asking the Lord for more, in other words, if our desires (See Philippians 2:13) exceed our status quo, we must prepare to take on the responsibility because those who are given much responsibility will be held accountable accordingly. But the good news is that we will not be given a role that is beyond what we are able to take on (See 1 Corinthians 10:13). How can we prepare? By being faithful in what He has tasked us with at present (See Luke 12: 42-48). 

Today, let us ask the Lord how we can faithfully fulfill what He has called us to do in the current stage. He will then take us to new highs to fulfill the God-given destiny He has for us.
