His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 8:19-22

This morning’s verses speak of breakthroughs.

Walking with the Lord leads us to breakthroughs from darkness into light. We need to go through the dawn to step into the full light. We may be in the dawn before morning. Our desires are fulfilled (See Proverbs 10:24), but we know that we are not supposed to stay there until we go and be with the Lord in heaven (See 1 John 2:20). We don’t get to choose when the dawn will transition into morning. We need to be patient, continuing to do what is right until the season of harvest for reaping (See Galatians 6:9). 

Today, let us continue to follow the Lord, doing what He says (See John 10:27).
