His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 11:7-10

This morning’s verses talk about Christ drawing people. 

Are we putting pressure or manipulating people to get them to move? People are drawn to Jesus out of their own free will. We can exercise leadership the same way. Love does not demand our way (See 1 Corinthians 13:5). When Jesus is revealed through us, people will be naturally but supernaturally drawn to us. He rests, yet people are drawn to the glorious presence of the Lord.

Today, let us focus on becoming more and more like Christ (See 2 Corinthians 3:18). Our leadership is not a skill but a character that reveals the image of Christ.
