His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 13:17-22

This morning’s verses talk about His prophecy.

From those who lived during the days of Babylon, it may have been difficult to prophesy the fall of the city. Likewise, from what we are seeing today, it may be a challenge to see from the eyes of the Lord in terms of what is to come based on what the world sees today. 

But when we look at the world today, we do see areas where the prophecy is gradually coming to pass. What do we do in times when ungodliness is growing? We are to choose to continue to put our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as our Saviour (See Matthew 24:9-14).

Today, let us assess what choices we are making under pressure. Are we consistently choosing to follow Christ?
