His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 23:14

This morning’s verse continues to talk about trust.

Has our trust in worldly wealth, status, fame, etc. become a stronghold? We may not notice this consciously, but without knowing it, we may have become bound to worldly common sense, knowledge, culture, etc. The key here again is to look to the Lord for His Wisdom to live out our purpose each day. 

Today, what is He speaking to us to follow? We may have to go through a step-by-step journey (See Psalm 37:23) to break through the stronghold, but He is with us along the way. What verse of the Scriptures has He given us to meditate on throughout the day to put our trust in?
