His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 27:7-9

This morning’s verses talk about Christ’s death on the cross for our salvation.

Jesus Christ took on the punishment of humanity’s wrongdoing to bring us peace (See Isaiah 53:5). The choice is ours to experience His peace through our trust and faith in Christ (See Isaiah 26:3). He teaches us to forget the past (See Philippians 3:13). He teaches us to listen to His voice and follow Him (See John 10:27). 

Today, let us continue to choose to trust in Him step by step (See Psalm 37:23) in the future to experience His gift of salvation (See Philippians 2:12).
