His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 28:1-8

This morning’s verses continue to talk about being the light of the world.

The remnant of His people continued to be faithful, even while His people turned away from the Lord. It is an opportunity for the faithful believers to reveal His light. In other words, despite the chaotic, sinful nature of this world in relationships, etc., our focus should be to think: how can Jesus Christ be revealed in this chaotic situation, and act accordingly? Jesus actively sought ways to solve problems others normally backed off from (See John 5:6).

Today, let us continue to think about how we can reveal His light. What are the problems that lie around that can be actively resolved?
