His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 31:1-3

This morning’s verses talk about our trust in the Lord.

In what do we trust? Do we trust in what seems good in our sight? Or do we put our faith in the Lord Whom we cannot see? Believers walk by faith and not by sight (See 2 Corinthians 5:7). What is He speaking to us from the inside? (See Philippians 2:13, Colossians 3:15)  Let us not be deceived by what seems attractive.

Today, let us not be deceived by what seems good to us. Let us continue to seek His guidance in terms of our decisions throughout the day, from spirit, soul, and onto body (See 1 Thessalonians 5:23).

May the Lord continue to bless you richly!
