His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 6:1-7

This morning’s verses speak of His forgiveness. 

Christ died on the cross for the forgiveness of sins out of His love for humanity because He is love (See 1 John 4:8). Love keeps no record of wrongs (See 1 Corinthians 13:5). Because His love flows to us and to others through us, this truth applies to both ourselves and to others who wronged us (See Philemon 1:6). 

Today, let us practice His love of forgiveness that leaves the past behind. What are we holding onto that includes ungodly addictions, habits, etc., that we can experience freedom from? (See John 8:32)
