His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 8:1-4

This morning’s verses speak of His protection. 

Are we asking for His protection when we are already being protected? The boy from this morning’s Scripture was protected even before he came to understand what was taking place around him. We may not understand His way of protection when we are being protected. The doors that do not open according to our expectations may simply be a sign of His protection towards what was or is to come. 

Today, let us give thanks to His protection. We may feel that we need protection when we have already been protected from the greatest attack.
