His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 9:2-7

This morning’s verses speak of God’s peace.

This morning’s Scripture says that His peace increases. Because Christ is the Prince of Peace, we can increase our peace through choosing to release Christ more and more through our lives. Who is Jesus Christ? We can know Christ through the Bible (See John 1:14). 

Today, let us continue to choose to grow through the Scriptures to become more and more like Christ in character (See 2 Corinthians 3:18). Have we learned to release all of our past and look forward to the future? (See Philippians 3:13)
