His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 37:14-20

This morning’s verses remind us to focus on the Lord.

What do we do in the midst of an attack? Do we choose to stay faithful to the Lord? What is He speaking to us to do? If it is in the area of relationships, we have a choice to be quick to listen and slow to speak (See James 1:19). We have a choice to love, trusting in the good motives of others (See 1 Corinthians 13:7). We can choose to love those who are not lovable (See Luke 6:32). We can choose to love, keeping no record of being wronged (See 1 Corinthians 13:5). 

Today, let us continue to choose to focus on the Lord in the midst of an attack. We can experience victory from the inside out.
