His Word for Today: Book of Isaiah 7:17

This morning’s verses speak of trusting in the Lord.

When our mind is anxious, where do we go? Do we go to the Lord to seek and follow the simplicity of His wisdom, or to ourselves for complex solutions to issues that we face? All of life’s issues may simply be resolved by intentionally forgetting what is behind and looking forward to what lies ahead (See Philippians 3:13). This is one of the reasons why His Word is powerful.

Today, let us continue to seek His Word, His guidance to resolve any issues we face.
