His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 19:20-22

Today's verses talk about becoming pure. How do we become pure and sinless?

We become pure first through believing that we are God's righteousness in Christ Jesus. (Ref 2 Corinthians 5:21) Our righteous actions and behavior follow after believing this wonderful truth. We continue to grow to perfection until Christ returns. (Ref Philippians 1:6)

One of the ways we can achieve  this is through prayer and fasting. (Ref Isaiah 58:6, Acts 14:23) Through fasting we can achieve greater focus on the Lord released from fleshly desires that keep us away from being fully committed to the Lord. 

Today, let us fast to know more about His will for us. We can hear His voice in greater ways to be in the sweet spot of His call for us.
