His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 21:10-20

Today's verses talk about the Israelis coming closer to the promised land. The Lord may be dealing with us regarding our heart, our belief system before we can step into the promised land for the challenging battles that we will face. The reason why the Israelis could not enter the promised land was because of their unbelief. (Ref Hebrews 3:19) What areas have we chosen not to believe?

What are our blind spots? It is so very important to press on to seek His guidance in terms of areas that we are blinded to. The enemy can use this area to keep us from moving forward into the promised land. What are the negative habits that we keep on doing but never taking the time to take them to the Lord? Have we intentionally chosen to cast our cares on the Lord? (Ref 1 Peter 5:7, Psalm 55:22) Have we been distracted by something and have been distracted continuously by them negatively affecting our focus and concentration? 

Today, let us become intentional about dealing with our blind spots. If the Lord has shown them to you, it is time we intentionally do them. If we are being distracted
