His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 22:41-23:12

Today's verses talk about obedience to the Lord. Are we obedient to what He says to us in spite of the opposition? He gives us peace to those who trust in Him. (Ref Isaiah 26:3)

There are times when we need to make decisions in the face of oppositions that include people physically opposing us through words, as well as ourselves condemning ourselves. Either way, our focus should be on the Lord. Peace reveals to us that we trust in Him. 

Today, let us rest in Him, trusting Him, no matter what the cost. Because at the end of the day, what matters is our heart at peace,(Ref Matthew 16:26) trusting Him no matter what the cost.
