Today's verses talk about the attacks from the enemy getting stronger before a breakthrough. Balak, the king of Moab, sent more leaders whom he thought would have greater influence over Balaam, a famous prophet-diviner, whom he thought could destroy the Israelis. What are we seeing and facing right now in terms of opposing forces?

Are we seeing or experiencing greater opposition both in terms of inner self and outside forces physically? What are the negative voices on the inside that are stripping you of focus, acting as a distraction, thinking about them without knowing? We need to be intentional about casting our cares on the Lord so that we can focus our attention to what matters. We can then seek His guidance during our quiet time in our prayer closets throughout the day.(Ref 1 Peter 5:7, Psalm 55:22, John 10:27) This is the mind of Christ. (Ref 1 Corinthians 2:16)

Today, let us continue to encourage ourselves that whenever we experience the opposing forces getting stronger, we are breaking through into the next season. Let us also choose to stand on the Word that acts as a weapon against the schemes of the enemy. This is an opportunity to experience even greater freedom as we enter into the next phase of life.

May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
