Today's verses talk about reconciliation. Christ reconciled humanity to God. So how can we be the bridge of reconciliation for others?

The most important reconciliation we can help others to experience is between God and humanity through preaching the Gospel, leading them to Christ and encouraging them to grow in Christ. (Ref Matthew 29:19-20) His gift of reconciliation (Ref 2 Corinthians 5:18) can be revealed in our relationships, business etc. as well. When we stand for the benefit of each person, standing between the two for conflict resolution, resolving multicultural differences etc., we are acting as Christ did standing between the two for reconciliation. We choose to step out to reconcile so that the Lord and His people can move forward together to advance the Kingdom of God. The purpose of reconciliation is so that we can all prosper. The Word "peace" in Romans 12:18 that instructs us to live in peace with others is "eiréneuó" in Greek, which includes prosperity.

Today, let us seek and ask Him to reveal to us the areas that require reconciliation. The most important reconciliation needs to take place between ourselves and God through the renewing of our minds through the Scriptures. (Ref Romans 12:1-2) As we grow in our knowledge of Him revealing His character, we will grow in His power to reveal His gift of reconciliation in the situations that we face in our daily lives.

May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
