His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 31:25-31

This morning's verses talk about partnership. 

Those who are in the frontlines of the battle and those who are not are co-laborers in Christ. We need each other to fulfill the plans He has for us. (Ref 1 Corinthians 3:9-10)

God may not have us in a position to gain the greatest attention from the crowd from the pulpit. Others may not notice our service. Would we still serve others and most importantly the Lord? 

On the other hand, we may not feel comfortable about stepping out into a position where we may gain levels of attention. What is our motive? One of the most important aspects of service is to use our gifts we received from the Lord. 

Today, let us reflect on areas where team effort is required. In what areas can we improve so that we can better function as a team? Our motive is the key. (Ref Hebrews 4:12)
