This morning's verses continue to talk about the Israelis compromising on receiving His best.  What are the motives behind choosing to stay where we are so that we may feel like we have received His best?

We should ask ourselves the question: are we doing this because it looks good? Not all good things don't necessarily mean they are from God for us individually to fulfill.  Peace is one of the indicators of walking in His will. When we  trust in Him, we experience peace. Without faith, we cannot please God. This means that whatever we step out to do, requires faith unable to do with our own strength. (Ref Isaiah 26:3, Hebrews 11:6)

Today, let us assess if there are any areas in our lives where we have chosen to compromise.  The Lord wants us to step out, and cross into the new territory to receive His best.  Does what we have chosen to do require faith? Are there any risks involved that require faith?

May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
