His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 34:16-29

This morning's verses talk about stewarding our resources. How do we steward what the Lord has given to us?

We have all been granted 24 hours each day. How do we prioritize? What is the key and the most important thing to do when we rise?  Do we invest in caring for our body through exercise and having enough sleep?  How about in marriage and family?  Is there anything that we are doing that we can remove from our schedule? These are some of the questions we can ask ourselves to better utilize the resource the Lord has granted to us. Obviously, if we are seeking ways to better utilize His resources throughout the day, then we need to ask Him first thing in the morning for His guidance through Scripture reading, waiting on Him to hear His voice, confession etc.. Therefore, it is important that we fuel our soul with His Word, and take care of our bodies, removing unnecessary matters from our schedule, so that we can be full on to fulfill the God given destiny. He prunes so that we can be even more fruitful. (Ref John 15:2)

Today, let us seek His guidance in terms of how to better utilize the time He has given to us.
