His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 7:30-35

What is He speaking to us to do today? According to today's Scripture, it is their fourth day of offering. But our action requires faith. (Ref Hebrews 4:2) Are we believing and trusting in His Word? Or are we driven by fear each day? It may be time when we should lay down everything 

in our life and seek His guidance from the ground up. When we feel like we have lost everything, it is one of the greatest opportunities for a breakthrough to build from the foundation to reach new heights.

The Scriptures warn of hasty decision making. (Ref Proverbs 19:2, Proverbs 21:5) We may feel that our actions solve problems but as noted above, it should always be mixed with faith. Are we not sure of our next steps? Then the most important thing to do today is to continue to seek His guidance regarding the next step. Believers are His sheep and we hear His voice. (Ref John 10:10) What is the desire He has placed in our hearts? (Ref Philippians 2:13) What is His peace leading us to do? The voice from within is usually quiet and gentle. (Ref Galatians 5:22-23) Let us not rush but make sure that we are moving forward in obedience to Him. 

Remember, He prunes so that we can be even more fruitful. We may have felt that our business or ministry was growing but suddenly experienced a cut back leading us to disappointment. But praise the Lord. He may be pruning so that we can experience even more fruit. (Ref John 15:2) What an amazing promise. 

Today, let us continue to seek first His Kingdom. Even if we are experiencing a loss in our life, it is a great opportunity for us to begin sowing new seeds for future harvest. (Ref Genesis 8:22) Cut back along the journey is a new opportunity for even more growth. Let us continue to keep our eyes on Jesus for guidance for our next step of action.
