His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 7:54-59

Today's Scripture moves on to the eighth day. What keeps us from fully experiencing Christ each day? 

Are we striving for victory or are we acting from a position of victory in rest? We are more than victorious through Christ. (Ref Romans 8:37) Therefore, we are to move from a position of victory in rest. 

What is the condition of our soul? If our mind is restless, constantly attacked with negative thoughts or distracted, one of the ways to experience victory is choosing to be at rest. Believing that we have victory already through Christ keeps us in rest dissolving the attacks from the devil. Sometimes this is all we need to do to experience peace in our soul. God of peace will quickly crush satan under our feet. (Ref Romans 16:20) Devil has no power to overtake us. We are the ones who choose to let satan take over our life. Which do we choose?

Today, let us remember, believe and declare that we have the victory already in Christ. As our soul prospers, everything else will prosper fulfilling His guidance and experiencing His victory each today. (Ref 3 John 1:2)
