Today's verse talks about the Israelis being faithful to the guidance of the Lord following the physical presence of the clouds. However, God doesn't always lead us through signs or what we can see. He usually leads us through what we are not able to see. We walk by faith and not by sight. (Ref 2 Corinthians 5:7)

Jesus said while on earth that we will do greater things than what Jesus did on this earth. (Ref John 14:12) In other words, faith in what we cannot see produces greater things. Are we putting our faith in opened doors when we cannot see them experiencing disappointment? We need to remember that we are all placed in the opened doors. We may not see the opened door because it is behind us but that is where our focus should be. Even though we may not see the next door of opportunity open, what can we do now to flourish where the Lord has placed? (Ref Psalm 1:3)

We may not see the Lord moving just like the cloud stopped and remained over the tabernacle. Although we may feel like the Lord has stopped working in our lives, He is expecting us to continue to live our lives in the place where the cloud is over us. What can we do now to flourish where the Lord has placed? Whatever we do prospers.

Today, let us reflect on where we are now, and on our areas of growth so that we can serve others around us more effectively. As we grow in our focus on the task placed before us (Ref Matthew 6:24, Luke 10:42, Philippians 3:13) to serve others, (Ref Genesis 12:2) we will experience the fruit in season in where we are now placed by the Lord.

May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
