His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 23:13-23:26

Today's verses talk about doing what God says. What are the areas where we have been or are missing out on in terms of what He is leading us to do?

We may have been accustomed to doing certain things without knowing. Even if He is leading us to cast our cares on Him, (Ref 1 Peter 5:7, Psalm 55:22) have we thoroughly cast our cares on Him ? It could also be our pride that we can deal with them that we have not cast our cares. It may be because of our pride that we have not received His grace to go through the challenge. (Ref James 4:6) If He is asking us to do certain things, let us do them with excellence honoring the Lord. (Ref 1 Corinthians 10:31) God is good and He wants us to do them for our good. It could be the area of our greatest frustration that we have taken into our own hands to resolve. We can then focus our mind and efforts on what He wants us to do. 

Today, let us press on and ask the Lord in terms of what He is telling us to do. What are the areas that are blocking us from fully fulfilling His guidance? Fully casting our cares in every area of our lives then focusing on our assignment is certainly one of the ways to fully fulfill what God is leading us to do.
