His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 31:13-21

Today's verses talk about purifying ourselves. How do we purify ourselves? We are purified through Christ Who died on the cross for our sins. (Ref 2 Corinthians 5:21) There is now no condemnation against ourselves. (Ref Romans 8:1)

Have we ever felt like we messed up everything being shameful about ourselves and all we receive is criticism from others? We can choose to rest in the truth that we are the light of the world, (Ref Matthew 5:14-16) we are God's masterpiece, (Ref Ephesians 2:10) we are fearfully and wonderfully made, (Ref Psalm 139:14) created in the image of God. (Ref Genesis 1:27) We are a spirit being with a soul clothed in a body. (Ref John 4:24)

Today, let us continue to confess our true identity in Christ, (Ref Romans 10:10, Proverbs 18:21) and experience the abundant life He died to give us. (Ref John 10:10)
