What is our unique calling? What has He uniquely entrusted us with? He is expecting us to do only what we are able to do, not someone else next to you. This is one of the reasons why comparing ourselves with others is meaningless.

This obviously leads us to walk in different seasons from how others are living. We may be in seasons of life when all of the doors that we expected to open remain shut. He opens doors that no man can shut and shuts doors no man can open. (Ref Revelation 3:7) We may be in season now to sow for future harvest. Lord created this earth to operate based on the principle of seedtime and harvest. (Ref Genesis 8:22) No matter how we feel, we need to continue sowing if we are expecting harvest. If the farmer skips the important task of sowing in season because he didn’t feel like sowing, there will be no harvest in due season. Where are we uniquely placed now to sow in the season we are in now? Who can we serve using the unique gifts He has given to us? (Ref 1 Corinthians 12:11) What is our desire? (Ref Psalm 37:4) How can the unique experience we went through in life comfort others? (Ref 2 Corinthians 1:4)

Today, let us seek His guidance concerning what we can do today to serve others around us. (Ref Matthew 20:28) He has planted us where we are today to prosper in whatever we do. (Ref Psalm 1:3)

May the Lord continue to richly bless you today!
