His Word for Today

This morning's verses talk about not to be afraid, and take small steps to move forward to take new territories, to increase His influence through us.   The Word "fear" is used in this instance which is a verb. In other words, fear is not an emotion but an action.  What matters is what we do honoring the Lord despite emotional fear. We can still continue to do what the Lord is leading us to do despite emotional fear. Have we mistaken His peace for our comfort? We may not feel

This morning's verses talk about not to fear.  In other words, fear is a verb as a result of our choices. We can still feel fear and do what the Lord commands us to do.  This means that our walk with Christ requires faith that overcomes fear. (Ref  Hebrews 11:6)More specifically, if we don't feel any fear as we activate our faith in Him, we may need to question if we are in the center of God's will.  Today, even if we feel fear, let us continue to do what the Lord leads us to
