His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 31:7-8

This morning’s verses talk about choosing not to fear to fulfill an assignment for the sake of others.

The Lord gives us assignments to serve others that would involve fear. If what we are doing is to serve ourselves with comfort, this may not be from God. For example, how can we serve others through our work daily by taking a step of faith into the unknown to solve a problem? 

Today, let us assess how we are approaching our daily tasks. The Lord is expecting us to take a risk of failure to serve others.
