His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 1:1-5

This morning's verses talk about protection from the Lord to fulfill the God given destiny. Israelis were still on the east side of the Jordan river yet to cross into the promised land, and were protected by the Lord through victory against their enemies. 

Where are we in our walk with Christ? We may be in our God's place of calling and are ready to expand the footprint to occupy more territory to impact and influence more people, and He is with us to protect us so that we can step into the promised land. Our enemies want to fight with us to keep us from entering into the promised land. 

Today, as we prepare to step into our calling the Lord has for us to expand our territory of influence, rest assured that He is with us so that we can continue to be prepared.
