His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 13:1-5

This morning's verses talk about His test to us.

In what areas are we being tested? He tests if we make the choices that please Him. For every choice that we make, there are consequences. Are we listening to His voice or the voice of the world's wisdom, what people may say because of their common sense? We may be under pressure to listen to what they say but when we listen to His voice, choose to follow Him, and do what He commands us to do, we experience peace. (Ref Galatians 5:22-23)

Today, let us choose to follow Him in the midst of many kinds of noises we hear. This may not always be easy, but there is certainly a reward to the Godly choices we make.
