His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 18:15-22

This morning's verses talk about hearing from Him.

The Lord wants us to hear directly from Him. Having someone intercede was not His desire but rather out of mercy. The people were afraid of hearing directly from the Lord. The Scripture promises that the believers hear His voice. (Ref John 10:27) We can trust Him that He would speak to us one way or the other. Because He will do a new thing, (Ref Isaiah 43:19) we can be open to new ways of how He would speak to us. This is an opportunity for us to grow.

Today, let us trust Him that He speaks to us.
