His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 20:10-18

This morning’s verses talk about experiencing victory over our enemies.

The Scripture teaches that the believers are more than conquerors. (Ref Romans 8:37) In other words, when we fight against the enemies, we fight from the position of victory. The Bible also teaches that we should focus on what is in the Spirit of God and let go of what is ungodly. (Ref Galatians 5:16) We have no time to think about ungodly things - we should intentionally focus on thinking about things that are worthy of praise. (Ref Philippians 4:8)

Today, let us focus on what is Godly, intentionally choosing victory. We have no time to think about the ungodly.
