His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 21:10-14

This morning’s verses talk about marriage.

Marriage in the Scriptures represents our relationship with Christ. Believers are the bride and Christ the bridegroom. (Ref John 3:29) Marriages should not be forced because we come to Christ from our own freewill. Honoring freewill may sometimes feel challenging and painful because we may believe that our way is right, we can choose to honor freewill of others in our relationships because that is His way. 

Today, let us choose to honor the freewill of others.
