His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 33:12

This morning’s verses speak of His protection.

In this world, many offenses could hurt our emotions that require His protection. How can we experience His protection in this midst? We may not be able to control the circumstances we are in, but He is with us to go through the challenges. (See 2 Corinthians 12:7-9) And what matters at the end when Christ returns is our faith that has been tested and grown through the trials. (See 1 Peter 1:5-7) We can rest assured that His protection of our souls is with us. 

Today, what is He speaking to us about to grow in? Is it in the area of love that requires forgetting the past wrongdoings, believing in others’ good motives, and not demanding and forcing our ways? (See 1 Corinthians 13:4-7) The Lord is with us to guard our hearts. (See Proverbs 4:23)
