This morning’s verses speak of His test.

What are we being tested in? He may be testing us in the area of love. Jesus was led by the Holy Spirit to be tempted by the devil, to go through the tests before His public ministry. (See Luke 4:1-13) We may be tempted to keep the record of wrongs, not believing in the good motives of others, which would stir up anger and bitterness in our hearts. The devil may be working through someone who is cooperating with the devil to release his temptations toward us. But we have the choice to follow the Lord to leave the past behind and to believe in the good motives of others, even if they look terrible through our five senses. This may be the last test before our breakthrough to the next level, the true riches, the ultimate calling on our lives. (See 1 Corinthians 13:5, 7)

Today, we may be in the last stages of a series of tests before a significant breakthrough to our true calling. We should not give up because at the right time we shall reap the harvest if we don’t give up. (See Galatians 6:9)

May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
