This morning's verses talk about the Israelis getting prepared to take on territories in the promised land. God prepares before He uses us mightily for His glory to advance the Kingdom of God.
We may be impatient emotionally because we feel like we are not where the Lord wants us to be. But He prepares before He uses. He is preparing us now for bigger days ahead. It is important to remain faithful to what He has led us to do now.
Careers that we are in right now may be the very thing He is planning to use in the future as the Israelis fought as an army even in the wilderness to be prepared for the battles in the promised land.
Jesus was a carpenter before His time in the full time ministry. He learned to build things before building the Kingdom of God on this earth.
But most importantly, the heart needed to be transformed before entering into the God given promised land. (Ref Hebrews 3:19)
Today, let us seek His will in terms of how He is preparing us to use us mightily in the days, weeks, months, years to come. Building on skills is an important part but the changes in our mind, heart are what releases breakthroughs in our lives.
May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
