His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 5:16

This morning's verse talks about honoring our fathers and mothers. 

The Scripture teaches us that honoring our parents brings benefits of prolonged lives on this earth. We may not be able to understand this truth with our mind but He is the Creator of human beings. He knows more about ourselves than we do. The battles that we may be facing physically may be cured by simply honoring our parents. What areas can we improve in this regard? 

Today, let us seek His guidance in terms of how we can honor our parents. This may have been the blind spot for our breakthroughs.
