This morning’s devotional talks about covetousness. Why do we want to have what others have?

Marriage, wealth, business are the areas the verse seems to be referring to specifically. One of the reasons for this is because we are not experiencing enjoyment in these areas. (Red Galatians 5:22-23) What can we do to improve or grow in these areas? He desires that we may prosper in all areas.(Ref 3 John 1:2)

Today, let us seek His wisdom to be content in what we have and enjoy them. Because when we put our hands to what we have and work on them, He blesses them and causes them to prosper. (Ref Deuteronomy 28:12)

May the Lord richly bless you!
