His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 5:8-10

This morning's devotional speaks to His jealousy towards us, being intolerant of unfaithfulness, demanding what is rightfully and uniquely His. What can we learn from this?

He loves us passionately. How can His passionate love towards us be revealed through us to others? I think this can be revealed clearly in our marriage where we can rightfully demand of each other of faithfulness, what we are to receive as husbands and wives. Jesus is our bridegroom and believers His bride. (Ref John 3:29)

Today, let us grow in our knowledge of His jealousy towards us so that His passionate love towards us can be revealed through us in mighty ways. (Ref 1 John 4:19)
