His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 6:10-15

This morning's verses talk about the Lord blessings us. 

In the New Testament days after Jesus died on the cross, the Lord works from inside of us, through our mind, will and emotions in agreement with Him, and revealed through our bodies. (Ref 1 Thessalonians 5:23) This means that what the Lord had done in this morning's verses are released through us. The cities that are built, houses filled with good things, plants that are bearing fruit, freedom that we experience are all the works of the Lord. 

Today, let us continue to choose to be in agreement with the Lord through the renewing of our minds. What is He stirring in our hearts today to change? (Ref Romans 12:1-2) We may need to go through a season of discomfort but we will see His glory in due season. (Ref Galatians 6:9)
