This morning's verses talk about the Israelis taking territories in the promised land. The Scriptures tell us that the Israelis were faced with oppositions mightier than them. Are we faced with challenges bigger than ourselves that require His faith?
We may misunderstand that when faced with problems that are bigger than ourselves, we have made a wrong choice. But this is not the truth. The Bible teaches us that without faith, it is impossible to please Him. (Ref Hebrews 11:6) In other words, if we are not in the situation where faith is required, we may need to question if we have made the right choice pleasing to God. Additionally, we will very likely need others involved to resolve challenges bigger than ourselves. It is important that we activate our faith to invite others into what the Lord has called us to do. Israelis fought together as an army in the promised land.
Today, let us assess where the Lord has placed us. If we are faced with challenges bigger than ourselves that require our faith and the involvement of others, this is surely one of the signs that we are in the sweet spot of His call on our lives.
May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
