His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 8:11-20

This morning's verses talk about the Lord giving us the power to get wealth, and that He would give us good things at the end to test us and so that we would depend on Him. 

Our access to His wealth requires our faith with actions. (Ref James 2:17) We may have been faithfully following Him but the desired provision may not have come about yet. Today's verses teach us that He wants us to depend on Him each day. He promises that His provision will be there at the end of the day. 

Today, let us continue to do good and depend on Him for provision.
