This morning's devotional talks about the Israelis complaining in the wilderness that the Lord is not capable of bringing them into the promised land.

Are we complaining to the Lord that He is not answering our prayers, not seeing our desires fulfilled? The Lord says in the Scriptures that the reason why they couldn't enter was because of their unbelief. (Ref Hebrews 3:19) For them it was the giants whom they thought were stronger than them. How about for us? Who are the giants we think we are not able to overcome and experience victory?

Sometimes, it may be our blind spots that we may not be aware of. If the enemy attacks us through our blind spots, we are vulnerable to attack. But the Holy Spirit Who teaches us all things can help us. (Ref John 14:26) In terms of our character changes, especially in areas where we are struggling the most, we have the choice to experience changes effortlessly. The Scriptures teach us that we can experience His rest through faith. (Ref Hebrews 4:3) In other words, we can experience His promise while we rest. If we need focus in our lives, the Spirit of focus is already in us for us to believe, experiencing rest through this Truth, seeing them manifest in our lives without effort. This Truth works from our spirit, soul and onto body. (Ref 1 Thessalonians 5:23)

Today, let us seek His guidance in terms of our areas of unbelief. He wants us to step into the promised land planned for each one of us.

May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
