His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 9:6-14

This morning's verses talk about preparation before breaking through to the next season in life. 

Moses went up Mount Sinai, remained on the mountain forty days and forty nights, did not eat food or drink water, then the 10 commandments were given. Jesus was in the wilderness for 40 days tempted by the devil but then proceeded to begin His public ministry. (Ref Luke 4) Wilderness experience is a preparation, a set up for the next season in life. 

Today, let us continue to prepare for the next season in life.
