His Word for Today

This morning’s verse talks about taking responsibility for our choices.  To every choice we make, there are consequences. If we choose not to be focused on the one thing that matters, we live a life of unfocus, where our efforts are scattered across multiple things, not seeing the best results on the one thing that matters most to us. (See Matthew 6:24) The Lord is leading us to serve in the doors that are open, not getting distracted by the closed doors. (See Revelation 3:7)

This morning's verses talk about the Lord testing our faith. Lord created the heavens and the earth. He created some so that He can use them to test our faith to see which one we would choose, good or bad. (Ref Genesis 2:15-17) What we need to understand is that the good that we choose is about the attitude we choose, not necessarily about being right or correct.  We may be wrong but does this mean that our choice was bad? We can still maintain the good by choosing to accept

This morning's verses talk about making the right choices.  There are consequences to the choices we make whether good or bad.  Today, let us be aware that there will be consequences to the choices we make, and make the right choices accordingly. May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
